Paciotti offers a seamless return process for all our customers, allowing you to return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury footwear and apparel collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Paciotti account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and protective shipping box, ensuring all security tags and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided in your original order or via email to the outside of the package, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping point; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
